II. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking and Deposits

• All bookings require a holding deposit, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are redeemable against your treatment but are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Deposit amounts may vary depending on the type of consultation or treatment. Full details are provided during booking.

Cancellations

• Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time via email at info@drtoni.co.uk or by calling 020 8363 6111.
• Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may result in the appointment being canceled, and the above cancellation policy will apply.

III. Courses of Treatments

• Pre-paid courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Any missed sessions without prior notice, as outlined in our cancellation policy, will be forfeited.

IV. Consultation Fees

• Initial consultations require a £50-£100 holding deposit depending on the service. This deposit is redeemable against your treatment but is non-refundable.
• If you fail to attend your consultation or cancel without 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

V. Treatment Suitability and Requirements

• Treatment suitability will be assessed during your consultation. If it is determined that you are not suitable for a specific treatment, we will discuss alternative options, but refunds for consultation fees or deposits will not be provided.
• Clients undergoing certain treatments (e.g., laser procedures) must follow pre-treatment guidelines, such as avoiding sun exposure, tanning products, or certain medications. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cancellation, with our standard cancellation policy applying.

VI. Age Restrictions

• In compliance with UK regulations, we do not provide treatments to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required prior to treatment.

VII. Liability and Disclaimers

• Treatments provided are based on the consultation and clinical judgment of our qualified practitioners. While we strive to ensure optimal results, outcomes may vary.
• We do not accept liability for adverse reactions resulting from the failure to disclose relevant medical history or failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice.

VIII. Complaints Procedure

We take complaints seriously and aim to address them promptly:

• We will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days and aim to provide a resolution within 20 working days.
